Huntington Beach Commits to Naylor Act, Passes E11HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA -- Today,
the Huntington Beach City Council voted unanimously to approve E11, the
resolution to purchase the surplus property under the Naylor Act. Also present
to speak before the council was Alan Gandall, President of SaveOurField.org and
Dave Guido, President of Huntington Beach
Tomorrow.
Council Member Keith Bohr signified the city's commitment to this cause saying: "The city is exercising it's option under the Naylor Act to negotiate the purchase, all or part of the subject school cites, the Fountain Valley School District. I want [the general public and the viewing audience] to know that we paying close attention to this and that we are moving forward."
